3 years later my opportunity to use this Micro Pocket Clamp and framing guage is maybe here!! But my Dakota stock design is 2.49 X 2.51 and on screen it shows that it is bigger than the micro pocket frame 3.0 X 3.75.....any advice on using this clamp & guage are welcome. Thank you!

2) Turn off the hoop limits and do a trace - several times if necessary - to see if it will really work or not. This is not for the newbie or the faint of heart, but if it traces OK then you should be all right.
Or you can do a combination of 1 and 2.
