Debbie....Ted here from MO. Sometime back I had a call where the customer was getting the same message and the Y motor was changed by another tech so I knew that wasn't the problem. I moved the beam around with the estop button pushed in and it seemed a little draggy so I oiled the Y rails and it seemed to be ok from that time on.
