I've tried to embroider visors for a customer without any success - I would like to talk to another company in North Carolina that I could outsource this job to. It would probably be 5-7 visors total.

If anyone pops up that can do them, I've got a dozen that I've been trying to find someone to do for the past couple years and no luck... tried every way to hoop them and end up with less than 3/4" of space on my end... Roland

I hoop with a HEAVY backing and use a light amount of spay adhesive (just enought to hold the visor to the backing) and sew. Trim excess when done.
