What font do you use on the back of boys baseball caps and how big or small do you do it in?

Jackie, I use OESCO font on the back of caps if I can as it will sew nice even at .15 size. How big depends on the style of cap ( fitted or adjustable) and how many letters you need to put there.

I have been using MICRO BLK CP and can go as small as .18 and have good results.
Cindy is right it depends on haw many letters you have. Good Luck!

I usually will not go over 1/2" but keep it mainly about .35 in height. I use several fonts and try and keep it the same font as the front if there is text in the front.

See you in a couple of weeks!

Since you are discussing the back of caps what is the best way to hoop them?

I hoop them with my 12cm hoop on the hoopmaster. The hoopmaster makes it easy to line things up for the back.

You can search the boards to find more answers.

We hoop them with a slimline or fast frame circular. With the fast frame I use sticky backing and with the slimline I just use a tear away.

I use a 12cm hoop and use the corner of my desk to position the cap and hoop.
