  • New Bravo v11 OS issues

So my continued complaining that a month after I bought my Bravo "C" package they changed the bundle to include the laser registration paid off and they gave me the upgrade. After discovering that Flex+ cannot talk to the Bravo machines, they sent a new dongle and the new software. Hooray! However, they have changed the OS and removed key elements that I needed before. There used to be under the Thread Feed Tab four options:
    Material Thickness
    Column Feed
    Fill/Run Feed
    Autofeed Lower Limit
I have a client that I use micro chenille. With these options in the previous AMAYA OS SE for the Bravo, I would up all these values to the top limits and it would come out beautiful. Now with the new Bravo OS (Still labeled as SE) the only options I have under the thread feed tab are Material thickness and Actifeed lower limit. No matter how I change these I cannot get the same output. While all of these can be adjusted in the DesignShop, it doesn't matter in this case since none of those settings are transferred to the Bravo OS via either Load Wizard or just loading. (As a slight aside here, I am wondering if I upgrade to DesignShop Pro/+ if this would alleviate this issue of not being able to load directly to the OS from within DS)

Additionally, since I no longer have the Column Feed, I can't change the amount of bobbin on the underside of the design. I consistently have the bobbin thread peeking around the edges of designs I have been stitching just fine since before this change. Adjusting the bobbin tension screw has no effect on this dilemma.

I have a call into support, but I was hoping someone else might have encountered this.
