emergency stop error...

while running my big red stopped presser foot down with error message
"emergency stop error". not at head up, blinking green light then red..
shut all machines off, exited AOS. and tried to reboot.....
any suggestions... am running 3 big reds and 3 Amayas.....never had this happen.

Just some quick thoughts....Did you try going to the maintenance tab and doing a head-up? Have you tried manually turing the presser foot shaft? Have you looked in the bobbin area to see if the problem is something binding there?
