  • problem with the Y Axis motor

i think i found the problem, for the hoops moving off the center.
the movement problem is only front and back, due to the Y movement.
i noticed that when the machine is off, the Y carriage belt run smoothly, very soft.
as soon i put the machine on, the Y motor bearing start jumping like a a tooth missing inside the gear box, i have no idea how the mecanism work, any idea to fix this problem. or changing the gear, the jump movement is about a quarter of an inch.
    any suggestion will be appreciate.
    thanks again

Could it be that the belt just needs to be tightened? Being too loose might explain the jumping as it could be catching just part of the time. Just guessing here.

i think you' re right, i cleanup the needle bearing, i removed all the old grease, inside, i found the two belt, are not elastic, the problems is to adjust the right tension, since the tec, is not available in this area, i have to do by testing, i'm ordering the new belt,
      thanks a lot
