cannot center hat

WACF

hat is loaded on machine.
when we try to move WACF to the right to center design on hat front, it moves forward instead.
when we 'center' WACF (hoop + bullseye buttons) we get a y-axis tracking error
but we can trace the design just fine w/ no errors at all.
Anyone know what's going on?

Just a silly question.
You do have the WACF selected as the hoop your using in the AOS correct?

Not a silly question at all! And YES, it was selected in AOS.

I ended up having to shut down AOS and the machine. Let both off for about half an hour then booted up again and it worked like it should.
