  • Multihead Maintenance

I have 3 Old Reds that I run in flex mode with AOS 9. Is there a way to run maintenance on all of them at the same time instead of having to go 1 by 1. Specifically, when they are off for a while and I want to do the rotary hook maintenance on all of them before I start working, I now go one by one. It would be easier and faster if I could do them all at the same time. Is this doable?

    Thanks.

From what I understand, you have to cluster all three heads as one cluster in order to do a simultaneous maintenance.

You can always do it manually. When the first machine comes up for maintenence, go into the OS and maintenence menu and run thru that item for all machines...
