Good news!! A tech (Chris) in Denver took care of my clicking noise. Apparently all the needles had not returned to HOME. He had me move to needle one; go into maintenance (not sure what tab it was) and he had me click on "needle +" in the first column and then click on "HOME" in the last column on each needle until the machine moved through all needles. So far good!!!! IT's a GOOD DAY in Indiana!!! Thanks to everyone who insisted I call Denver since the last thing I need this time of year is a broken cog wheel.
