Don and I did 7 beanies two weeks ago...we put sticky back on them and we used the fast frames...
we didn't have any problem...we put a thin tear away also and they turned out great...someone else may have other suggestions also...until next time...

We do beanies all the time.
We also use the fast frames with tearaway, but we put solvy on the top to keep the threading from sinking in.

I just purchased the slimline frame from Melco to do beanies that was recommended by the Melco rep. Being new to the embroidery business I thought this may be the right way to go. Shine I can't even figure out how to secure the beanie to the slimline hoop. Has anyone used this hoop before?
