  • Z Axis Tracking error

I have had a Z Axis Tracking error come up as I was stitching on a jacket. I cannot find anything in the manual on the "Z Axis Tracking Error."
Can anyone tell me what this is and how to fix it?
    Thank you,

    Natalie,
I'm not a tech and I don't know what causes it, but I've sure had my share of it. When it happens I usually jot down what stitch I'm on and what the X & Y numbers are and then reset, and reload the design. Click on settings-move, put in the stitch number you had written down and then just arrow up and down until your x & Y position matches what you wrote down.

      Natalie,

If the force downlosd is turned off, you can just shut down the machine and turn it back on. The power fail rescue will take you back to the position where it stopped and you can continue sewing. The force download is under tools/options/ethernet.
