Embroidered Rhinestone Patches

Looking for someone to make an embroidered patch appx 6"h x 2"w with customers name that has embellished rhinestones over the customers name. Rhinestones need to be secured on - don't know if a heat transfer rhinestone would do the trick or not?

We will be sewing these on items for the customer.

Any help would be appreciated.

Hey Dan, I make embroidered patches for my HOG club with rhinestones. The "hot fix" flat backs work great and stay on through rubbing of garments against seat backs and the elements! I apply them manually with a "tool" so I am not sure about the "adherability" of the transfer type.
