I noticed some time ago that it would not work inside Design Shop
maybe a 64 bit OS thing or something.
I when in to the DS file
    C:\Program Files (x86)\Melco\Design Shop 2008
and pulled out the alphabet.pdf and you can view it from there.
just another example of Melco shotty programing..

I can send you the PDF if you can't find it.

I found that with the newer versions of Adobe Reader (above Version 9) the Code sheets does not want to open up. I try to keep version 9 on my computer. My husband who likes to have the latest and greatest on the computers put the latest version on the computer. Needless to say he had to find a way to put the older version on and is forbidden to touch my computer again. If you uninstall Adobe reader and go to OldApps.com you can download a previous version and it will work again.

My daughter was able to uninstall my higher version of Adobe Acrobat (version 11), and then download version 9.5 from the get.adobe site that offers older versions.

Thanks so much for your willingness to help. My problem is solved.
Maybe you can try the same solution.

    Thanks again.

Thanks, Linda H. That worked. For others, time may be limited to access version 9.5 once a newer version is released. Ver 9.5 is the oldest I could find that would allow code sheet to open. (There were only 3 versions offered.)
