hello all, I have a small story to tell with a few questions afterwards.
here at our shop we have been working with 3d puff for a few months now and we cannot seem to get it right. We had an offer to do a job on flex fit hats it is a relatively simple design, just 3 large letters in puff on top of a flat fill/outline. we have adjusted all the settings in the operating system and also had the design digitized twice so we know it is us now and not the digitizing that is the problem. Does anyone have a recommendation for what has absolutely worked best for them as far as settings. what were the upper and lower limits you used? what was the presser foot setting? What was the backing used? What needle and anything else that might apply to help us out?
We really want to offer 3d puff designs to our customers because not many people in our area do it in house if any at all.
Thanks all for your time,
