Amaya OS not responding

I have a big red Amaya machine. I recently moved the machine and my laptop. I hooked everything up, as before, then tried to load a design from the laptop to the machine. I keep getting a message that the Amaya OS is not responding. I tried turning everything off, unplugging the ethernet cords, then restarting the computer and plugging in the ethernet cord again. Still get Design shop to open, but can't get the design to load onto the machine. The machine turns on, and I can get it to center. None of the other buttons work on the pad attached to the machine. I know the emergency stop button is not engaged. The green light is on.

Any help or suggestions?

if you can't figure it out would you be willing to sell your amaya os dongle and ds dongle??
