  • Bobbin pulling up on micro font lettering.

Oh the struggles with small lettering! I am stitching on 50/50 5.6 oz jersey knit with one layer of 3.ooz cutaway. I have small lettering 0.30 that I have wireframed (started with a Times New Roman). I am using #60 thread with 65/9 needle. Auto Density starting at 10= 3.4, 20=3.3.........etc. When I stitch it out, bobbin thread pulls up at the lower edge of the bottom columns. Have tried all kinds of Settings by Color for thread feed, material thickness, plain old Default settings. I get very confused when trying to adjust for tiny columns. I have tried everything from Column Feed of 47 down to 32. Have adjusted Auto Feed Lower Limit from 5 down to 1. The larger lettering in the design sews out great! The whole design sews out great at defaults on twill shirts. I have checked feed rollers, bobbin tension, needle changes. Any tips out there?
