Looking for tech and an embroiderer in Houston/Katy area

I wasn't sure where to post this, so sorry if it is in the wrong forum...
I need maintenance on my XTS, I have not used my machine in almost 2 years and would like to get it up and running again. Is there a tech in the area or someone who comes to Houston/Katy on occasion? My second question is, there is someone wanting 2 things embroidered, but since I cannot do it at present, I told the lady I would ask around. She lives around the Katy Mills area. Thank you so much for any information you can provide.

I would suggest that you call Melco and ask them if there is a certified repairman in the area.
