Bobbin Timer

I have been doing a lot of large designs and have decided to try using the bobbin timer function. It worked well the first day, but when I oiled the machine and put in new bobbins, it does not seem to want to reset. I unchecked the box, shut down OS, restarted OS and then check the box for the Bobbin Timer again. Maybe it is OK now, maybe not. I am looking for some way to check the count on the bobbin timer. Can this be found? OS Flex+ 10.01.001.
