  • problems with sewing on amaya xt

hi guys, message from italy, i'll like to know how to solve this problem.
we have an amaya xt 16 needle. so far perfect sewing and embroideryng.
this morning star sewing, in the middle strange noise from machine, then stopped for message broken bobbin. but the problem is that the sewing is not syncronized.
for example i saw a rectangle, for checking, but came out like oblique.
    any idea what to do?

I am going to say that the X axis cable tension is out of adjustment and is too loose. You should have a flat guage to check that with in your starter box. Here is a link to the technical manual that show how to do this. If you do not have the guage, you can still tighten up the cable a little until you get one or have a tech visit. Just do not over tighten it to the point of over stretching or breakage will occur. . 10 plus or minus 1/2 pound is the technical spec for this adjustment.

hi to every one i'm Bernie from italy,
i have a big problems with jump stiching, i show the picture where the circle seem skewing from the line, i hear a grounding noise when i move the machine for centering the hoop, like teething jumping.
i clean the two sensor, but no result, also i found that the hoop loose the center point.
