    Good Morning.
I messed up and had my hoop open and started the machine to stitch.
The needle casing started to move, and hit and got stuck on the side of the hoop that was sticking up.
    HELP..
Now all needle bars are dropped down, and on needle number one the black level where the thread goes thru is broke.

Any help to fit would be great.

    Thank you

Based on what you described you might need major repairs. If the take up lever is broken and the needle bars are down then chances are the needle case is off that black front cover arm.
The question is....did it break the railing on that cover or what.

Would not recommend fixing yourself as damage seems to be both high up on the take up lever and needle casing.

Best option is calling a tech to be on the safe side.

It is time to call Melco if you are under warranty and if not, it is time to call in your Tech.

On the left of this page at the bottom is "Resources", click on the Melco Official Site and at the top of that page you will see "technical support" on the left of that page list techs and a map of techs you can click on to find one nearest you. Good Luck!
