  • Error message anytime I atempt to open anything with Design Shop

    In the middle of the embroidery day Amy, our Big Red, just decided to throw us some curves.

    Occasionally, since the beginning, we would get an error message saying "DesignShop has encountered a problem and needs to close. We are sorry for the inconvenience".

    Rebooting, restarting, praying--Nothing works like it when we got the message occasionally.

    Can anyone help--We are down!

    I remember those days. I used to reload the software. No reason it should work, but it seemed to fix the problem.

      I'm having the same issues as of late.
      I have an XTS. DesignShop v9. It just stops responding after a few minutes of use.
      I'd like to know what I can do to fix this problem.
