Hello,
I am new to the Amaya EMT16. I am trying to stitch a design from the Design Shop to the OS. I am also having issues with the OS. I send my design (which I had professionally digitized) to the Melco OS and it will not open the design. I have to open in Melco UI. Then I go through all of my colors for the design and start stitching it out and it starts out fine but then it changes the color of thread instead of the one that it is supposed to be stitching out. This is supposed to be an easy machine to use. It is not very user friendly.
