    5.11 Tactical Caps

Not sure what to do here. Has anyone else embroidered on these, or refused to embroider on these? These particular caps are very low crown/low slope, structured. I can embroider on the upper part of the crown, but when I get to 1.25 inches above the bill, the needle breaks in the center seam every darned time.

    HELP!

I’m not sure what they are but structured close to the brim can certainly cause issues.

Using sharp needles right? What about trying an 80/12?

I haven't heard of a cap back clamp, and 80/12 is what I set up for caps. That is about the only cap hint I have for anyone! LOL
