    Cutter

    This is kind of a strange question --

    I have a cutter blade that keeps popping off the the push rod.

    I am waiting to be scheduled for a preventive maintenance for awhile now... so long I have even called Lonnie again at Melco asking where my tech is. And I don't even get a response from Lonnie.

    How do I keep the cutter blade on? This is machine #2 that is causing me the headache. In 15 years, machine #1 has NEVER popped a blade off, so I am ill equipped to deal with this. Today, I am unable to get it back on after fiddling with it for 45 minutes.

    HELP!

    Judy, this has not happened to me, but I understand your frustration. Until you can find someone who knows what to do, here are a few links about knife troubles that have answers from Rod Springer (his answers were always soooo helpful, and I miss him).
