    Selling My Business

    Good Morning,
I need some help. 2 different people have contacted me in the last week, inquiring about buying my home based business.
I am at retirement age, and am willing to let it go. But how do I go about figuring out a reasonable price?
And, I've probably forgotten more, because its now so familiar, I don't know how to teach anyone...Then What?
    Thanks For Any Input...
    Susan

Are the interested parities business brokers or individuals? If individuals, it may be worth your time to consult a business broker. They know how to price businesses.
