  • Laser Calibration

Having an issue with the laser on hats.
The laser shows to be in the center of the hat but when embroidered, it is off to the left by about 1/8 of an inch.
I can't seem to find any information on calibrating it.

    Thanks all!

So.... because you are on a curved surface, and because the laser is on the right side when looking at the machine - this will always be an issue.

To center your design - you need to look at where the needle is and use that as your left/right alignment.

I second what John says, and I go one further -- I go to needle down to check centering.

All good advice. I have been moving the laser to the right to compensate.
        Usually works pretty well.
