  • Stitching issues

All of a sudden my machine is breaking threads and the bobbin thread is
showing on top. Does not matter what needle I am on, it is doing it on all.
    I have done the following:
    Oiled
    Changed threads
    Changed needles
    Cleaned the presser foot area
    Changed bobbin
Adjusted bobbin in spool, did the bounce test
    Ran in manual and automatic.
Does not matter what material I am stitching on, it is doing it on
    all stitching.

    Is something out of calibration?

My other machine is running fine (I have 2- Amaya XT's)

Any help would be greatly appreciated. The only thing I can do right now
    is shut it off!

    Thank you,

Did you check that your bobbin is in facing the right way? Your problem is in the bobbin area (not the needles).

Hi Juli, Yes, I made sure the bobbin was in correctly. I also cleaned it and cleaned under the feeder etc. I had originally thought it was my design but I am running a design I have always used. It runs ok on my other machine. Just very frustrating.... Thank you for your help. I will keep looking.

        Hi Pam!

How are things going? First check your hook timing and presser foot height. Next we need to know what settings you are using and what are you sewing?

          Hi Sharon,
Still no luck... do you know the next step?

How do you check the hook timing? I not sure how to do this?

Thank you for your help in what ever you can think of. I am lost and of course have work to do.
          Thank you,
