Arranging Toolbars in DS Pro+ V9

Melco Service sent me the most current version of DS Pro+ to install on my new computer. I arrange the toolbars the way I like them placed but every time I shut DS down, I open it up and have to arrange them again. Is there a trick to keeping them where I want them?

I have an ancient version of DS Pro+, but I have noticed if I open DS before my computer has finished "waking up," the toolbar reverts to the default and I have to reorganize it. Now I always wait until no hourglass shows up when I place the cursor over the Start button.
