Monogrammed letters to fit inside circle

I'm trying to make this type of decal for embroidery. Is there a way to make the text fit the shape of the circle? Thanks in advance for any help.

As far as I know, you would have to manually digitize the letters to look like that. If there's a way to do it automatically (I doubt it), I'd like to know how also! It looks like a monogram -- so a monogram software might be able to do it?
