I had a design digitized for me, it's a pretty simple design (just don't have time to do myself). I have never had a problem with this company before. However the black outline/border around some of the design is pulling to the left. I have adjusted the bobbin and the tension. They have adjusted the design and are telling me it's my machine.

I have also changed the backing from a double light cutaway to a medium cutaway and still no change.

Any help how to correct this would be greatly appreciated.

Currently using Amaya XT. I have attached photo's of front and back.

    Thanks

Is the item you're embroidering it onto have any stretch to it? Like, is it a t-shirt or polo shirt? If so, I would use a fusible stabilizer on the back of the item plus a piece of cutaway.

If you are using a dri weave type garment, also spray the backing so it sticks to the garment.

        Looking at your photo
you are stitching on a textured dri weave material.
this is prone to moving and needs to be stabilized
your photo shows you are trying to save money using stabilizer too small for your hoop. Your results are partly from this.
You can see the horizontal pull in the backing and that is where you do not have your backing in the hoop.
use the proper size backing hooped tightly and this may go away.
        also
a very small amount of spray adhesive in the center of your backing will do wonders also.

Thanks for everyone suggestions. I did it all tried extra large backing, different backing, double backing, light adhesive spray, and it still was appx 1/8" in off. The rest of the design was fine. I ended up moving the border over. Looks way off in the design but at least it sews right. Made sure I noted it in the file. Will let everyone know how it sews on the tshirts and sweatshirts when I do them. Again, thanks so much for everyones quick help.
