Hi I have a design that I made 30 of the same design fit into the 43cm hoop but when transferring the job from designshop v9 to the os it freezes every time. Anyone know what's the best way to load a job like this?

Try setting up the designs with only 1/2 the hoop filled in two files.
the top half & then the bottom in the other.
load one then the other.
You may have better luck.
had to do this with lace that was for a wedding.
the smaller files did the trick.. -
same problem here with amaya os 10 and designshop 7, i get a (!) and no text and an ok button once in a while
so then i separate it in half or something simular and it usually works.
easiest is to save 2 copies and remove either part from each file and load one after another...Comment

Thanks! Worked when I split the file in 2. I always had this problem but it usually just takes long to load, this is the first time it didn't load at all.Comment

wish that amaya os would treat big files like splitting them automatically and send it in parts... could it be some sort of limit in the amaya machines memory that causes this, seems like that...
really anoying and time consuming when this happens.....Comment
