When I purchased my XTS, I opt'd for Design Shop Lite, I since realized the error of my ways, and purchased Design Shop Pro +
Both are the same version, I thought I was told that the dongle is what controlled the software capabilities. I did not install anything, just plugged in the new dongle. At the top of the screen, it does say Design Shop Pro+
I seem to be running into problems. I'm not sure if this is pilot error (me) or what?
I wanted to play with auto digitize and I can't open a CDR file type. When I just opened a jpg I couldn't get the software to go through all of the auto digitizing steps.
I'm wondering if I need to reinstall the software? And is it easy for someone to goof up the install? (someone being me!) In which case, any and all pointers would be very appreciated.
