Jump Threads causing false thread breaks

Here I am again -
Sewing out this pattern - when it wasnts to jump to another aread- thread statys attached and then gives me a false thread break - i then just have to push the green go button - but I shouldn't have to do this - right?
Dakota design - using ofm
suggestion anyone?
