  • Small Font Help

What are the best settings and font to use for a very small, font only logo? I want to put my business name (R & R Designs) on some of the things I make to sell, but can't seem to get it done. I would like to use the smallest font I can. So far, I've found a couple that said minimum height .25", but still can't seem to sew it out. Suggestions??????????

I use 60 wt. thread and a 9 needle for crisper lettering. And I also use a bean block font.

Definitely do some searching of the boards here - there are a bunch of great suggestions. Sans serif fonts (like arial) 60wt thread and 65/9 needle as Judy mentioned are key as are getting the density right.
