Dance Competition Apparel

I've just been asked to provide the apparel to sell at a new Dance Competition. My daughter is on a dance team and I've been to a few competitions, and always scope out the apparel. I will be screen printing designs as well as heat pressing. If anyone has any advice to offer, I'd love to hear it.
Such as
A) where you order apparel, brands to offer. I've seen Bella and American Apparel offered but not much available in youth. Other brands to consider.
B) Heat press on-site?
C) Cool Military Camo apparel sources
