Placing Letters right side up on a lower arc HOW ???? And no, I'm not an Indian

I need to place lettering right side up on the lower side of a circle. DS9.

Can't figure out how to do it. Software NOT intuitive in this case.

All I can do is get the lettering to be on the bottom of an arc but it is then upside down, facing towards the center of the circle.
