I am having trouble with two threads no matter what needle I use these 2colors always break. Any suggestions?

Is it rayon? If so how old? Rayon has a limited shelf life, depending on your climate, etc. Are they the same brand as your other threads? My machine does not like Madeira thread. If I use it, I am in for a headache. I know it can't read the label, but it sure doesn't like to sew it.

You can try adding moisture to the thread.
A good way is place it in the freezer for an hour or so then in a humid place.
in the bathroom when someone is showering is great.

It sounds bizarre but it has gotten me through many jobs....

A quick tip that has worked for me to moisturize thread is to dampen a clean sponge, put the thread and the sponge in a ziploc baggie and pop it in the microwave for about 30 seconds. Make sure the bag is sealed after microwaving and let it sit for an hour or so. It's saved me a couple times.
