sending a design while machine is running.

Does anyone know why you can not send designs to Amaya while the machines are running. I understand why you cannot load a design but would think I could send them to the que.

Do you mean while the machines are not turned on? I send designs all the time when the machine is on but not running. I've never tried queuing a design when the machine isn't on. I've no idea why you can't, but then what I don't know about computers would fill a book.

I know the machine has to be on. I was asking why you cannot send designs to the que while it is stitching another design. If you want to send something different, you have to wait until it finishes.
