What thread feed setting does everyone use to sew the flexfit 6 panel hats?

I keep bumping it up and up
I am just curious

We are running them at 9 on auto

wow I have my minimum set at 22

Training tells you to put the presser foot all the way down and up two clicks. Also set thread feet at 6 and the lower limit about 3. This is the basic settings but if the cap is thicker or puffed foam those settings will change.

I don't run the Flex hats any different from traditional hats. Two clicks up on presser foot, 3 on auto, and 900 spm. Also using a big red.

Same as tall cotton graphics. As long as you hoop things well, no changes in settings from normal hats.
