Adding HoopTech Frames to Hoop List

I recently bought a Hoop Tech Dream frame and ICTCS for my Amaya XTS. I'm using DS Pro+ and OS 10. How do I add these two items to my hoop list?

I saw a nice little tutorial on the cap back frame, but nothing for either of these.
