Amaya XTS unthreading needle during cutting

Hi, Our XTS unthreads the needle during cutting nearly every time. Down by the looper lays a 6 cm long end of the needle thread that was just cutted.
Do anybody have any suggestions about how to solve this problem we would be happy.
