  • Amaya OS crashing

    Hello all,

    Here's what I am running:
    Windows 8.1 x64 (updated)
    Amaya OS v10
    Design Shop + v9

    Everything was running fine until a little while ago when I tried to load a design into the OS. It gave me a crash report message and shut down completely. I am not using Design Shop to load the designs because when we upgraded to windows 8.1 design shop no longer let us load the designs to the OS directly. We have had to add them into the design queue on the OS and then load them individually.

    I have tried to uninstall and reinstall all of the Melco software but it still gave me the same error. Has anyone had this issue and what was your fix if so? We are at a total stand still because of this problem.

    I just had a technician work on my Amaya's. I was asking about upgrading from Ver 9 to ver 10. I was told you can't upgrade AOS without updating DesignShop. Too many issues.
