Icon are missing!!

[Monograms N More]

I have Design Shop 9.00.128 and the square that would grab everything in my design is not there anymore. I'm also missing the alphabet Editor under Tools.

Anyone else have this going on or know how to fix it?

Maybe not the Pro Plus version? Might be something to do with the dongle.
