Stitching on foam caps

I've read they some old posts but didn't find a clear answer.. Has anyone stitched designs on foam trucker style caps?

I have. What is your question? Some designs work and some don't. Use backing, loosen the stitches, adjust presser foot.

My design is a horse head, pretty dense stitching and letters arced over the top so do you think that will work? Thank you so much for your time and help!

Why is your design so dense? A dense design probably will not work. If the design is in ofm, you should be able to lighten the density.

It was digitized from a picture so there is a lot of detail. I don't think I'll try it on a foam cap..
