I am having a problem with Design Shop changing the edit-ability. We have 2 embroidery machines Amaya XT and a XTS. We have Design Shop V10 Pro and Design Shop V9 Lite. When we had the XTS installed we left the V9 on the computer at the embroidery station and installed OS V10. We installed the Design shop V10 Pro on a network computer that shares files with the embroidery station computer. We would create files on the network computer in V10 then save them and they were editable. We would open them in V9 at the station computer test them if they needed edited we were able to edit them in V9. Everything worked great. Our station computer tried to do the Windows 10 upgrade and was unsuccessful. All the programs were gone. Design shop V9 was reinstall and from that point forward when the files are opened in V9 they are not editable anymore and when they get saved they are not editable in V10 anymore. Is this an update problem? I do not see where to check for updates. Thanks for any help in advance.
