  • Embroidery pulling

Hoping you guys can help. I'm running the same design on the same material on 2 different machines. One is pulling and looks awful. The one that's pulling is being sewn on an XTS, the other one is on an XT.

So I need to adjust a setting somewhere to met it to sew correctly? I'm sure this is basic stuff here, but I've never messed with the pull comp settings before.

    Thanks!

If the design is sewing well on one machine and not the other, this tells you it is the machine and not the design. You need to tweak the XTS to loosen up the thread feed. I'd set the min feed to 3 or possibly 4. Do you first do an underlay of the entire design? I do that for these solid designs and then not use underlay on the individual objects.

Sill having this issue with my XTS. These are the same file sewn on the same material, on 2 different machines.

I've checked to ensure all the settings (feed and speed) are the same.

Digitizing done by Tex-Inc, so I can't really answer the underlay question.
