  • Customer wants wider font lines

Working on structured caps. 4 capital letters using Military Block New font. Unaltered font created odd looking lettering. I reduced letter width to 1/4". Lettering looked cleaner but customer wants original, wider lettering. How do I do this? I included pics of both caps. Help[emoji57]lettering.

I'm not certain what looks odd about the first stitch out. It's more of a fill stitch than a satin stitch, and the edges look straighter.

It looks choppy to me. I'm clicking Satin for the stitch but I know Satin shouldn't exceed 1/4". I'm really new to this. What setting should I use for 1 1/2" tall letters on a structured cap front area. The font we like is Military New
