Needle Bars Dropping. Not on the track.

While the black rail cover was off of the front of out Amaya, one of my workers moved the needle selector. Now all of my needle heads dropped. I held them up and can get them to line up while i select back over through the needles and get them to stay up. But once i get the the 5th needle it stops trying. Its not acting like it is pushing against the needle wrong, it just doesnt move at all. please help.
