Running the same sew out on two machines, an XT and an XTS. The substrates are both super structured hats, which gives us issues regularly. Regardless, both machines are running with loose bobbin tension and Actifeed set to 10 on standard mode. Our XTS is sewing out the cap with nearly no puckering whatsoever, the XT however is is sewing the image well but is pinching in the middle and the outsides of front. I made sure I was up to date on maintenance, and loaded the caps on the hoops with equal tension and backing etc. I cannot figure out why one is nearly perfect while the other is warping. Other than the machine difference, anyone have any suggestions I may have overlooked?
